The foundation "House of Encouragement" is a non-profit organisation.

In the event of  the termination of the trust for lawful reasons, the board of trustees will confer the remaining assets on a tax-exempted non-profit organization with similar objectives or goals. A return of assets to the founder or legal successor is prohibited.

To carry out the trust’s planned annual activities in the Orphan Care Centre Lesedi-Potlana an income of approx. CHF 115’000.-- is required.

The separately budgeted annual financial requirements for the individual intellectual furtherance amount to CHF 25'000.-- and for the apprenticeships to CHF 100'000.--.

The annual report of the president will be published on the website after the annual meeting. After completion of the audit, information about the annual financial statements can be requested per email.

An independent external auditor, STT Schoch Treuhand Team AG, Sihlstrasse  95, 8001 Zurich,  has been appointed.

House of Encouragement is subject to control by the Federal Government of Switzerland as administered by the Federal Trust Control Organization of the Federal Interior Department (EDI).

In order to achieve its targets, the trust requires charitable donations from natural and juristic persons. House of Encouragement is a tax-exempted trust registered in the Commercial Register of Canton Zurich.
